The Design Review Committee reviews plans in Fell's Point and Federal Hill communities. Most of Fell's Point is designated a CHAP district as of December 2007. Most of Federal Hill is still designated an Urban Renewal Area and is governed by Urban Renewal Ordinances.

The Design Review Committee is composed of architects, engineers, planners, community members and Preservation Society members that review the architectural design plans for properties located within the Fell's Point and Federal Hill neighborhoods in accordance with CHAP and the Urban Renewal Ordinances.  

Meetings are held starting at 6 pm on the
2nd and 4th Thursday evenings of each month at the:
